LifeVest has been created and delivered by a Specialist GP with over 3 decades of experience. LifeVest offers values-based preventative health programs that are simple, fun, relatable, and promote lasting behaviour change. Our sessions combine medical expertise with an approachable style that encourages genuine engagement.
LifeVest evolved from the ‘Prick ’n A Pint’ program founded in 2015, and was formally registered as LifeVest Pty Ltd in 2021. Our work builds on years of community engagement and preventative health delivery with over 1000 participants taking control of their health and making meaningful changes to their healthspan and lifespan.
By making health information relevant, practical, and easy to apply, LifeVest programs build health literacy and confidence. Participants leave connected to their health results, confidence & knowledge to act, and an increased ability to manage their own health.
