3. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payment for subscriptions and services must be made in full prior to access being granted.
• Subscriptions are billed annually according to the chosen level and any additional Team Accounts.
• Pricing and subscription details are provided on our sign-up page and may be updated at LifeVest’s discretion.

4. Refund Policy

By engaging the services of LifeVest, the client acknowledges and agrees that all services are deemed fully rendered upon receipt of payment. Accordingly, LifeVest maintains a no-refund policy.

We recognise that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, clients are invited to submit a written request for review to info@lifevest.com.au. While refunds are not guaranteed, LifeVest will give due consideration to individual cases at its sole discretion.

All advice provided by LifeVest is general in nature. For individual advice, please discuss your own medical issues with your GP or health professional. Dr McGowan and LifeVest does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage that may result from reliance on, or the use of, any information contained in the Life Vest Preventative health programs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeVest and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, resources, or website.
