We’ll cover the health crisis facing our society today, and why it’s more important than ever to take action. We’ll also delve into the foundations and fundamentals of good health, with a deep dive into cardiovascular and diabetes issues.
Train the Trainer
Looking for a way to develop your organisations internal health capability? The LifeVest Train the Trainer program is the perfect solution! We'll work alongside your team to provide comprehensive training notes, video content, and Ask the Doc sessions via Zoom or Skype.
There's no limit to the number of participants in the LifeVest Train the Trainer program.
The program consists of 16 lessons, each running for approximately 45 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Ask the Doc session.
All topics covered in the full LifeVest program are included in the Train the Trainer program, with content broken up into easily digestible 5-minute videos.
LifeVest Full Program
Are you part of a committed organisation or team that's looking to make a real change and improve your lifespan by 5-10 years? The LifeVest Full Program is the perfect solution! Blood tests are strongly encouraged for maximum impact.
The LifeVest Full Program is designed for groups of 20-100 people.
The program consists of 6 comprehensive sessions, each running for 1.5 hours and including time for questions and debrief. Sessions can be delivered in-person or online for maximum convenience.
The LifeVest Full Program covers all the essential topics for improving your health and wellbeing, including:
- What kills and how to prevent it – Cardiovascular Diabetes
- What’s inside – Liver, kidneys, lungs, guts & blood
- What’s in your head – Ears, nose, throat, teeth & brain
- What’s going on inside your head – Mental health, depression, anxiety, relationships & suicide
- What’s outside – Skin, muscles, bones & what’s inside your undies
